Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once content has been accessed or downloaded. However, we understand circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted.
Eligibility for Refunds
- You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
- The product was significantly different from what was described
- Technical issues prevented access and our support team was unable to resolve them
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
